Thank you for shopping in the ILM Digital Download Store.

Virtually all of the resources listed on our website are available either online, or as PDF downloadable resources. Once your order has been accepted, we will send you an email with instructions on how to download the resource. You will generally be able to download resources purchased within 24 hours of you placing an order.

If you experience any issues downloading a resource, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@readytomanage.com so that we can take steps to resolve the issue.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you have received the email from us with instructions for downloading the resource purchased, provided you have not begun to download the resource. Your right to cancel ends as soon as you begin to download the resource.

If you cancel your order (and you have not begun to download the resource) we will provide a full refund of the price paid for the resource within 30 days of the day you have given notice of cancellation. We will refund any payment received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
